Mary was an amazing IBCLC. She spent hours listening, working with us, and consulting different resources to get our 4.5lb emergency C-section baby from his feeding tube, through a tie release procedure to a happy little guy who nursed until he was almost 2. I cannot express how wonderful of an experience I had with Bayou City Breastfeeding and my lactation consultant, Mary. I met with Mary prior to having my daughter and met with her regularly over the first 4 months since she was born. We tackled together a tongue and lip tie prior to and post-surgery, along with latching and supply issues. Mary is kind and always made me feel extremely comfortable at our visits. She spent so much time with us asking all the necessary questions, showing and suggesting different techniques to use and seeing how much my daughter was being fed. We miss seeing her and thank her so much for all of the help she provided to us.

Love Mandy! Small world, she was my Labor & Delivery nurse for my firstborn. When I made an appointment to see a Lactation Consultant for my second child, I was surprised to see her! I am so thankful that I was referred to BCB from a pediatric dentist in the area. He recommended that I visit the Kingwood office for a combo visit which includes ~ body work (with a chiropractor) and also a session with the lactation consultant. My daughter who was scheduled to have her oral restriction (tongue tie) remediated demonstrated a painful latch, weight loss at 10%, etc. After several combo visits and some lactation only visits, we fell into a groove with nursing and at 3 months we have not had to follow through with the remediation surgery. I highly recommend BCB. All of their staff is phenomenal.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND | CONVENIENT LOCATION | KIND | SPECIFIC 1:1 CARE - Fabulous experience with Tania at BCBLC. We’ve had two appointments and the first one alone was worth every minute. Our breastfeeding experience has greatly improved from just 90 minutes of her careful evaluation and corrective suggestions. I’m a first time mom and in hindsight I realized the lactation consultants in our delivering hospital were solely focused on providing their favorite tips and tricks for common issues and never took the time to evaluate how my son and I were breastfeeding in the first place to identify what our specific problems were. Tania took one look at us and immediately adjusted our position, my hold, and soon after identified my son needed help with his muscle strength. Truly a night and day experience between the hospital and this 1:1 lactation consultation. Weighted feeds have helped us confirm how effectively he’s drawing from the breast and soothed this mama’s heart that he’s not starving, the follow up appointment showed an improvement in his intake volume as well which confirms her suggestions are working. At our first appointment she evaluated his mouth and tongue strength and reviewed how his frenotomy was healing and prescribed an exercise to ensure it grows back well, something I didn’t necessarily expect in the context of a lactation consultation but was happy to receive. We also covered simple things like accessing my flange size and addressing a pumping schedule to up my supply. Through all of this Tania was incredibly kind and gentle in her delivery — nothing was ever presented as unfixable or a failure on our part, and for that some of my anxiety was eased. Not only has all of the information, suggestions, and prescribed exercises made a difference in just a week but the follow up appointment has been just as helpful. We’ll be back again for a third appointment to ensure his neck and mouth exercises are proving to be effective with more time but I can honestly say that in 2 appointments I feel SO MUCH BETTER about our breastfeeding journey. If insurance doesn’t cover your visits I’d say even one appointment (or two if you can swing it) would absolutely be worth the money.

Being in the newborn trenches for a third time and two successful prior breastfeeding experiences, I debated on scheduling an appointment. My primary concern was over-active letdown and pump fitting. Wasn’t sure I’d learn much more than I already knew or could google. Incorrect. I saw Kathy Lenert, an absolute wealth of information. I was impressed at her ability to teach, be hands on, and remember all of my needs. Was given extensive after-visit summary, which I appreciated. Truly wish I had seen her with all my kids.

Practical tips: Bring a helper and TAKE NOTES. I learned so so much. Parking is easy. Elevator is a bit small if you have a monster (large) stroller - but should fit. Will not fit more than two people and a stroller though.

Ariel was outstanding! She was personable, informative, responsive via all communication channels and reassuring which meant a lot to me as a first time mom. Her personality was so refreshing! After many other appointment types throughout pregnancy at different facilities I can honestly say Ariel here at Bayou City BF is the best of the best. She’s not cold in delivering the info and she made I and my husband feel right at home. She was a breath of fresh air and I and my husband agreed that she felt like a God send and trust me he is NOT an easy sell. I am so thankful that we were referred here and that we could get the help we needed with breastfeeding! I came at 1 week postpartum and my baby had lost a little too much weight for our pediatrician’s liking so we had to supplement with formula. Upon going to the consultation Amy was able to tell that he has a lip tie and a lot of tension in his body that made nursing more difficult for him and me. She guided us through a nursing session and helped to get a good latch along with a comfortable position for us and then assessed his weight gain. She showed us a better way to bottle feed a breastfed baby and also taught me how to use my pump correctly to increase my supply. I also really loved that she gave us exercises to help relax his mouth and face as well as suggested bodywork to see if his lip tie will correct itself! I would highly recommend any breastfeeding mom to go as soon as you can after birth, and while breastfeeding is hard work it can be made so much easier when you get quality help from an LC! We can’t wait for our follow up visit to see how it is improving!

With my first child, my breastfeeding journey was terrible due to edema, low milk supply, and not so good advice from the hospital and lactation consultant. For my second child, I promised myself to be more prepared and that is how I found this practice. I was able to breastfeed my second baby and have some spare milk on the freezer. My only regret is not reaching out to Suzanne the first time around. I keep thinking how things would have been different if she had been my lactation consultant with my first child. The team here is amazing. Please reach out, even if you think it is already too late, they truly keep up and set personalized goals.

If you’re on the fence if you can breastfeed, I would absolutely make an appointment here first. It may seem overwhelming but having someone guide you and give you advice along the way will be so helpful.

Katelyn helped me through SO much! I learned how to nurse my baby and pump better and more efficiently. I gained so much confidence in my abilities to feed by baby thanks to her guidance. Especially during the early postpartum days.

My daughter also has reflux and Katelyn helped me work on things to improve this and help keep my baby comfortable as well.

I’m now off of maternity leave and had to begin traveling for work..Katelyn helped me with so many things to prepare for being away from my baby so I could have a supply at home. She also helped me work out options to pump on the go conveniently and with ease. It was a breeze when I traveled for work thanks to her help!

I owe so much of my successful breastfeeding journey to Katelyn. I am so grateful that my baby is 6mths old and we are still breastfeeding, even as a working mom!

Reaching out to Bayou City Breastfeeding was a pivotal moment early on in my breastfeeding journey! I was in so much pain that I was holding back tears every time I fed my baby and remember a point when I started to bleed during a middle of the night feed and thinking to myself “I don’t think I can continue on with this”, even though I wanted to so badly. A few days later I had an appointment with Ariel at BCB and she helped me work on latching the baby properly and identified a tongue and lip tie, which might have forever gone unnoticed if she hadn’t pointed it out as I had never even heard of this before.
She was so helpful, understanding and resourceful. Understanding how to latch the baby properly took time, but that alone helped my pain SO MUCH. Once we were able to see a pediatric dentist to address the ties, everything got so much better and my baby started eating and gaining weight like a champ. I’m 6+ months into breastfeeding and don’t think I would have made it this far if I hadn’t scheduled that first appointment.

I highly recommend Ariel and BCB for addressing any concerns you may have around breastfeeding. It feels so good to have knowledgeable people in your corner supporting you and your baby though this BF journey.

Brandy Lightfoot!! A woman who honestly cannot be described in a simple Google Review. A 100/5 star human being. Going into the hospital I planned on having a natural birth and breastfeeding (I took the classes & everything) and I left with a precious baby, a Caesarean birth, and my baby on formula (due post opt infection that led to swelling and unable to latch). Brandy came over on our FIRST visit and took a hopeless situation and turned it into magic! We latched and have been breastfeeding ever since that very first time (now 6+ months). Brandy gave me the tools to work with my specific challenges and my babies and helped us create a bond that every woman dreams about having with her baby. Brandy helped me get my supply up, manage my supply, helped me when I traveled (pumping schedule), taught me about bottles, feeding, pumping, etc., and has been the most helpful resource on my motherhood journey. Brandy is a true earth angel and has the kindest heart. She not only helped me breastfeed but she also helped me as a mother and a woman regain my confidence and strength. We found Bayou City Breastfeeding through a friends recommendation. We used The Lactation Network website and found that their services were completely covered under our insurance (BCBS).

Kristin, Tessa, Dr. Tyree and the entire team at Bayou City Breastfeeding- Jones road were so supportive and welcoming. They immediately make you feel comfortable and at ease, which is important with something as intimate as breastfeeding. They offer gentle guidance and suggestions without being judgmental or pushy!

They helped set us up with bodywork to address my babies head tilt and they were able to identify his lip and tongue tie! All of the staff were very understanding when I had hesitation about getting my babies ties revised and they continued to patiently provide weekly lactation support and stretches we could do at home.

When we were finally ready to have our lip/tongue tie revision they had a list of providers they recommended. I was thrilled to find an ENT covered by our insurance to do the procedure. By far the best thing was that Bayou City Breastfeeding partnered with our ENT Dr. Liu, so we had a bayou city lactation consultant on their staff present at our procedure!

I cannot recommend these amazing ladies enough! They take great pride in helping Mama’s, babies and families have the best transition from birth possible! After our wonderful experience with Bayou City Breastfeeding-Jones road, I truly believe that every baby can benefit from bodywork and seeing a lactation consultant. These ladies are some of the best in Houston!

I saw Jennifer 3 weeks after my baby had her her tongue tie release. Jennifer provided me with so much education on stretches, homeopathic pain relief, overall tongue tie healing, flange sizing for pumping, everything breastfeeding, and supplements good for lactation and hormonal balancing. I am on my third baby and all of them have had tongue ties and lip ties. It wasn’t an easy process at all. The dentist that did my second daughters tongue tie reversion did a great job with giving me information and how it effects everything your body does but there was no work a head of time and only 1 follow up appointment. Because of COVID I didn’t know what to do about my baby boy hurting me while nursing. A friend told me to look at bayou city breastfeeding so I made an appointment and man has it changed my life! Not only do they take insurance which is amazing, but the knowledge that they have is abundant! Also it is so so easy to get in contact because you can text at anytime and you will receive a response pretty quick! If all that wasn’t enough they are there for every step of the way to make sure you are ready for the procedure to going with you to the appointment and then follow ups! I truly am so thankful for bayou city breastfeeding. They help you with way more then just getting your child to latch properly! They want both the baby and mother are happy and healthy. I would refer anyone and everyone to them!

Went from my baby boy NOT being able to latch (exclusively pumping), to using a nipple shield, to direct breastfeeding and the whole process was under the guidance of Tessa. I cannot recommend bayou city breastfeeding enough! It’s been an amazing experience. All my visits were relaxing and impactful. All my questions were answered- Tessa and the other ibclc’s are too knowledgeable for their own good 🤣. Any mama looking for assistance in their breastfeeding journey should look no further!!

If it was not for Nurse Karen, we would not have found out my son's tongue and cheek ties. I wish I could have met her earlier, but since we worked with her (my son was 5 months old), we learned a lot from her and our lives greatly improved because of her help and dedication. She is helpful, resourceful, passionate, kind, and nice. I cannot find words to tell you how awesome she is and Bayou City because they hire professional people. I contacted them months prior to delivery to identify an LC that does in-home visits to prepare for when I got home from the hospital. We further discussed the in-home visit during my initial office consultation and had weekly communications to provide updates on potential delivery timing. The in-home visit was cancelled due to their busy schedule with other customers and unfortunately they wanted me to travel to their office when I got home from the hospital.

The office .... well ... they’re a hot mess. Booked my appointment, removed it from the calendars, booked it again, lost it again, booked it a 3rd time and that finally stuck. Then they asked me to fill out intake paperwork twice. I paid for the home visit, and they tried to run my card a second time because they somehow couldn’t see that the charge had been processed, applied to my account, and a receipt had been auto-emailed to me? Thankfully my bank caught it as a suspicious charge and wouldn’t let them run it a second time more than a week after the first charge was applied and cleared.

Don’t let the train wreck admin situation deter you - again - the visit with Erica was amazing and so very helpful. Just watch the office carefully and make sure you communicate well.

After a very disheartening experience with my first daughter’s tongue tie and my low supply, I saw Brandy during my second pregnancy and after the birth. It’s been a tough journey, but my supply is up to 30+ oz (twice as much as the first time despite another tongue tie!) and we haven’t had to feed formula this time. Brandy’s knowledge and guidance is absolutely impeccable. Seeing four and even six ounces in a bottle from one pumping after enduring literal blood, sweat, and tears to pump less than two past—well, if you’ve been there, you know. I highly recommend that you see Brandy as soon as possible if you are struggling with breastfeeding or low supply.

We are grateful that Suzanne was able to make a home visit to evaluate my son's lip/tongue tie in the middle of a pandemic. She came highly recommended by our baby doula and our son's dentist's office. First of all, Suzanne understood our worries about COVID-19 and did everything she could to put our minds at ease and to keep us and our baby safe by being transparent about their cleaning protocols and by following very strict home visit protocols (reporting temperatures, masks on, gloves on, social distancing, hand washing, and diligently disinfecting equipments, etc). I would not have put my trust on anyone else to come in to our home at this time. During the visit, she was very thorough in taking my son's history, from birth up until now, and doing a complete physical evaluation from head to toe. Given her background and experience, she was able to identify additional issues quickly and make recommendations in order to avoid invasive procedures in the future. She followed up with us via email and text to make sure our questions were answered. She was extremely efficient, straightforward, and thoughtful, which is exactly the qualities we looked for in healthcare provider. We very much have enjoyed our visit with Suzanne and so did my 13-week old son!

The people at BCB are amazing and I mean honest to goodness life savers. My son quit latching very early on and after trying what felt like everything on my own, I reached out to them for help. I was nervous, exhausted out of my mind and heart broken that I couldn't get him to latch. Kristin immediately treated me like a friend, listened to what I had tried and worked with me week after week to try and remedy the situation. She introduced us to Dr. Tyree who helped treat my son's general overall body tightness which also helped make a world of difference in his disposition. When I decided to turn to exclusively pumping, week after week and month after month, I had their support and encouragement and it made a world of difference in me not giving up. Having them as a resource and a source of encouragement as a first time mom made a huge difference in my experience and I can't recommend them enough. If you're struggling with breastfeeding or are interested if baby chiropractic care can help your child, please don't hesitate to reach out to them for assistance. My son is about to turn 6 months old and is hands down a happier baby than he was the first time we walked into their office and I absolutely believe they helped us get where we are today.

I’ve reviewed bayou city breastfeeding before with my first born and it was fantastic. I’m here to write a second review since we used them again for my second baby. I thought everything was going well until week 8 when we started to see bottle refusal and over just general fussiness and not sleeping longer than an hour. We saw Ariel for what we thought was bottle refusal. Ariel listened to a bunch of information we threw at her, patiently let us show her what was happening, and had it figured out in minutes. She identified a tongue tie that another LC and a pediatrician had both missed, referred us to a wonderful dentist and within two weeks, our baby was back and feeding better than before. It’s also important to note Ariel did not push to have the tie released or pressure us into anything. She simply told us what she saw and referred us to several great specialists. We cannot thank Ariel enough for being so incredible at her job. We feel so lucky to have found Bayou City Breastfeeding. Thank you Ariel and team!!

When I called Suzanne the day my daughter was born because I was concerned she might have a tongue tie, Suzanne was quick to find someone in my area who could make a home visit...and she was able to come over that evening! When Suzanne found out I didn’t have insurance she offered to let me apply for their grant which greatly reduced the financial burden and allowed me to get the immediate help I needed to get us on the right track for breastfeeding. I don’t think anyone can prep you for the emotional and physical hardships of breastfeeding, especially those early months. But thank god for Bayou City Breastfeeding and for their sweet angel IBCLC Dana!! I was in a lot of pain the first month of breastfeeding. I would switch between pumping and giving my baby a bottle because I just couldn’t handle it anymore. Then I would nurse again but would just sit and cry as I would nurse him, not only because the pain but because I was so close to giving up. So I made my first appointment with them and wasn’t sure what to expect. I am so glad I did because thanks to my appointments with Dana, I’ve continued breastfeeding without pain and my baby is thriving! Dana is very thorough with her appointments and makes sure you and baby are doing as well as possible. She makes sure all your needs and questions are met. She helped me with my latch, stretches for my baby’s tongue tie and ways that I can help him with his reflux. Dana is extremely welcoming, friendly and encouraging! Truly at a loss for words to wholly describe what Alamo City Breastfeeding means for our family. I have used both Boerne and San Antonio location and my review is the same for both. I say this with absolute certainty: our breastfeeding journey would not have been successful without Ariel. The cards were stacked against us from day one — latching issues, lip tie, tongue tie, inverted nipples, and an extremely low milk supply. Honestly, it felt like everything that could go wrong did. There was no logical reason we should’ve made it to where we are today… but we did. And it’s entirely because Ariel guided us through each challenge — one at a time, with so much knowledge, compassion, and the kind of calm confidence that made me believe we could do this.

First, we tackled milk supply while navigating some tricky anatomy issues between me and my baby. Ariel gave me clear, step-by-step guidance that helped me build supply and get my baby back to birthweight. And wow — we crushed it. I went from being a significant under-supplier to a slight over-supplier. And seemingly overnight, my baby caught up and began thriving.

I’ve delivered my first baby 3 weeks earlier and she stayed in NICU for few days which makes it difficult to breastfeed her. Later I kept struggling to make her latch and when she did latch I’ve never been able to keep her latched. Also, I was having difficulties with positioning. Kyna first taught me how to set and hold the baby for the breastfeeding, and she taught me some mouth and cheeks exercises to train the baby how to latch. In few seconds my baby was able to latch and she refused to let it go 😊 …. Kyna showed me how to use the breast bump correctly and how to choose the right size that will be comfortable and not painful. She also shared some useful resources that will help with the journey of breast feeding. I was very happy after our first session with Kyna. We met again for several follow up sessions and each time she taught me something new. My baby now is 3 months and she cried for the breastfeeding than the bottle feeding. After the birth of my first child in 2018 I naively thought that my child and I would know how to breastfeed and it would come naturally. Well the first month of his life he struggled to gain weight. So I looked for a lactation consultant covered by Aetna and found Bayou City Breastfeeding. I was consulted by Tessa Gardin. Looking back I wish I would have found Tessa sooner because she provided so much useful information. She is the reason I took my son to a chiropractor for cranio sacral adjustments and he was able to latch better. She is also the reason my milk output doubled and I was able to breastfeed until 11 months. After my second child was born on July 2020 I knew that I needed appointments with an LC right away. My daughter struggled with latch on my left breast, was biting my nipples and preferred to turn her head to her left side. So I saw Suzanne Juel 3 days after the birth. Suzanne is equally as helpful as Tessa and provided a lot of educational resources and diagrams that illustrated breastfeeding, milk production, and foods that increase milk supply. Suzanne showed me some alternate feeding positions that I use now since they are more comfortable. Suzanne recommended that my daughter get chiropractic adjustments. I took my daughter to a chiropractor and the adjustments improved her alignment significantly. Now my daughter does not have any latch issues, she is able to remove all the milk out on her own and she is no longer biting. She has exceeded the required weight gain for her age.

Where do I even begin. As a second time mom to a baby with oral ties, I thought I knew what to expect. Before coming to BCB, my son had a severe anterior tongue tie that was revised at 10 days old; at 8 weeks old he was gaining weight very well but I just knew something wasn’t quite right; I was having intense nipple pain from vasospasms that was only tolerable with prescription medication. I saw Suzanne for a second opinion and she instantly identified either an incomplete release or poor healing from the prior revision. I worked with Suzanne and Dr. Chelsea to prepare my son for a second tongue tie and lip tie revision at 3 months old. Although very anxious, Suzanne instilled complete confidence. Two days after his release I could already see drastic improvement in his nursing and my pain; I was able to nurse complete pain free for the first time in 14 weeks. At 1 week post procedure I was able to take my son on a family trip to Italy for a wedding. We’re now 2 weeks post procedure and my son is nursing efficiently and pain free! I am so incredibly thankful for Suzanne and the team of providers she recruited to support me and my son and rescue our breastfeeding journey (including a chiropractor reference in Rome!). I would not have been able to continue breastfeeding without her. We still have work ahead but I have complete confidence we can manage anything.

Melissa Carrera was a wonderful support system during my breastfeeding journey. My initial goal was 100% breastfeeding; however, my baby had lost over 10% of his weight by his first pediatrician appointment so we immediately started supplementing with formula and pumped milk. I first sought out Bayou City Breastfeeding when I developed severe pain after weening my daughter off of shields. I had been told that she had a tongue tie and I actually made an appointment with a dentist to have it released, but a friend recommended that I call Bayou City Breastfeeding first. I hesitantly cancelled our appointment with the dentist and had my first appointment with Suzanne. She immediately knew what was causing the pain (to my surprise, it wasn’t even the tie!) and helped me find relief at our very first visit. Suzanne was so knowledgeable and informative. I knew right away that my husband and I made the right decision by seeing her first. She not only concerned herself with my baby’s weight gain and well-being, but also my own well-being.

She confirmed that my daughter did have a tongue tie and gave my husband and I an incredible amount of support, information, and preparation leading up to the procedure to have the tie released. 4 weeks later, she’s still supporting us and guiding us through the healing process. Knowing what I know now, I truly couldn’t imagine having gone through this without Suzanne (and Tessa and Ally ❤️).

It’s also worth mentioning that they work really hard to make sure they utilize any and all insurance benefits you might have. They have always thoughtfully and efficiently scheduled our appointments to coincide with bodywork, all to maximize our insurance benefits.

The team at Bayou City Breastfeeding is more than lactation consultants. Their expertise and love for what they do shows in every interaction I’ve had. I’m so thankful we found them and couldn’t possibly recommend them more highly!

All the other lactation consultants we have seen here have been pretty great also as well as the chiropractor Dr. Chelsea! Wow! If you are trying to find a place that will take the time to talk to you and help you with your breastfeeding needs, this is it. My consult was 1 hour 20 min, and our lactation specialist was helpful and had such great information and tips. She helped me latch my baby and gave me great feedback on how to do it, which is what I’m struggling with. She evaluated my baby as well and gave us exercises to do at home to help with the lip and tongue ties. She scheduled a follow up visit to see our progress in the next week. All in all, so grateful to have this resource. Highly recommend it!

I cannot speak enough praise for Bayou City, specifically Claire J and Brandy (who we met a few times!). Claire is my go to gal for all things breastfeeding for mom and baby. I’m a nicu nurse and have completed coursework myself to become a CLC, and I know MANY LCs, but none compare to Claire. She is so dedicated and is a vast wealth of knowledge. We live in Dallas and were connected to Claire through a mutual friend after a complicated tie release when my daughter was almost completely aversive to the breast and would not take a bottle. I was very close to requesting a feeding tube from my pediatrician. Claire met with me virtually multiple times, even on the day after Christmas, and she was able to help my daughter be receptive to feeding consistently in a matter of 48 hours. In the months to come, we visited Claire at bayou city for week long intensives, where she worked us in to her schedule around our other appointments in Katy and even brought in other LCs like Brandy to consult on post release healing. She is skilled at navigating ties (pre and post release) and breastfeeding, supply issues, maternal health complications, and the emotional dynamics of everything. She has a wealth of resources at her fingertips and knows how to use them. Kind and gentle, realistic, and affirming of maternal dyad goals, Claire is the person y’all need for success in your breastfeeding journey.

Little late posting my review but better late than never!
I first saw Nicole on 1/1 of this year and due to previous experiences at a different business, I was skeptical but wanted to try for my newborn since I was only producing an ounce or two a day. Nicole was absolutely AMAZING! She listened to my rambling and understood my concerns. Unlike the previous consultant, Nicole actually examined me and explained that it wasn't my fault I wasn't producing as much as I wanted. She gave me options to try to increase my supply but also set expectations that I would have to still supplement due to my condition. She helped me rid of the guilt I felt because I thought I wasn't doing enough.
After a few more visits, a massive drop in supply (thanks to my body), and a good cry in Nicole's office, I decided my breastfeeding journey was over. She was completely supportive and advocated for myself and my baby. She also explained to me the benefits of still latching even though I didn't really have supply.
I highly recommend Nicole and this entire company!! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, that you understand everything, and they aren't going to overwhelm you.

Kristin was fantastic. She came out to my home, she was totally a calm presence and provided an excellent assessment of my son’s latch, oral anatomy and neck muscles. She gave me exercises to do with Max to work on relaxing his mouth/lips for a more open gape to improve his latch. She gave me new positions to try for a deeper latch and more comfort which drastically reduced if not eliminated my nipple pain. She did weighted feeds so we knew how much Max consumed at each breast. This gave me a lot of confidence. We even talked about pumping and flange sizing and bottle feeding when I return to work. I am looking forward to our follow up appointment in two weeks.

I am a first time mom, so as you can imagine I had a ton of questions related to breastfeeding once I left the hospital. I felt like my little one’s latch was weak and that I wasn’t producing enough milk because of it. That same day I called BCB and spoke to Suzanne over the phone. She was amazing at getting my husband and I set up for in home visits. Not only that, but she scheduled a video call that day so she could assist me in the meantime. We were able to establish a strong latch so that my baby could get nutrition before our in home visit. Fast forward a few days and Tiphany came over. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us some exercises to do with our baby and showed me several techniques to secure a good latch. I feel so much better knowing that my baby is getting what she needs thanks to BCB!
