Tongue Tie Evaluation
Full assessment of tongue, lip, and buccal ties. Coordination with pediatric dentists or ENTs in the Katy / West Houston area when release is needed.
Back-to-Work Pumping Plans
Custom pumping schedules, bottle introduction, and supply management for moms returning to work.
Prenatal Lactation Consultations
Get ahead of feeding challenges with a prenatal visit — often covered by insurance.

What’s the difference between an IBCLC and a CLC?
An IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) is the highest credential in lactation care — requiring health sciences education, 300–1,000 supervised clinical hours, and a board exam. All of our Katy lactation consultants are IBCLCs.
Do you do tongue tie evaluations in Katy?
Yes. We provide full tongue, lip, and buccal tie assessments. If release is indicated, we coordinate with trusted pediatric dentists and ENTs in the Katy and West Houston area, then support you with post-release feeding care.
Are the chiropractors part of Bayou City Breastfeeding?

Yes. Prenatal lactation consults and our online prenatal breastfeeding class give you the knowledge and plan to start strong. Prenatal visits are often covered by insurance.
