Online booking opens for appointments about 48 hours out. Earlier appointments may occasionally become available due to cancellations or scheduling changes. These are scheduled directly through our scheduling team. Submit the intake form above and we will reach out. Please note that home visits are always scheduled through the scheduling team and cannot be booked online.

I started seeing her when my child weighed in 39% at his 2 month appointment. My pediatrician was not concerned however I didn’t like the downward trend (was 75% at birth). A friend recommended I come here after sharing worries over it and I’m so glad I did. Melissa diagnosed several oral ties and showed me stretches to do to improve my baby’s oral function. She also helped me figure out a better position to hold him in and instructed me to nurse on both sides per feed (I was previously told to only do one). Within two months his weight has shot up and overall latch has improved dramatically. We also have been doing combo visits with the nest and overall my child has had much better range of motion and less tension which has helped with nursing. More recently, I was having a hard time getting my child to take a bottle. I was able to be seen quickly and we figured it out and overall it just gave me so much more peace of mind.
Also worth noting we’ve been able to have very frank conversations about oral ties and she was very respectful and supportive of my choices for treatment.
My biggest regret is not coming here when I struggled breastfeeding my first child. If your gut is telling you something is off, come be seen by Melissa. You’ll be so glad you did.
But Melissa worked absolute magic. She came in with such calm confidence and assessed what was going on. Within such a short time, she got my baby to actually take a bottle — something that felt impossible before she arrived.
If you’re dealing with bottle refusal, Melissa is the person you want in your corner. Truly a lifesaver!

How fast can I get an appointment?

Do I need to wait for my insurance to be verified before booking my appointment?
No. You can book your appointment before your insurance is verified. As long as you submit your insurance information at least 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) before your appointment, our team will have enough time to verify your coverage prior to your visit. If you are submitting the day before your scheduled visit, please submit by 3 PM so we have time to verify.
If we discover that your plan is not covered or has unusual restrictions, we will notify you by email and text message. If you decide to cancel your appointment due to lack of coverage, we will waive the cancellation fee as long as you request cancellation on the same day we notify you.
