BCBL is extremely helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Megan on a virtual call that was very much needed at the time. She was incredibly sweet and very helpful. She put me at ease when I was struggling and highly stressed. I also had an in-home visit with Ariel. She was also so great at putting our concerns at ease. She provided a wealth of knowledge, a great resource of information and contacts, and was responsive to further questions and making herself available after our visit.
