Our billing team reviews coverage, referral requirements, and reimbursement structure. You’ll receive an email with your coverage details and an estimate of any expected out-of-pocket costs.

Step 3: Scheduling matches you to the right visit
Our scheduling team works with you to choose the visit type, location, and timing that fits your situation. Office, home (where available), and virtual options are all on the table.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive standard intake forms through our patient management system to capture address, HIPAA acknowledgement, and any remaining details before your visit.
