We’ve been working with Suzanne since our baby was a week old. We were struggling with weight gain, and breastfeeding was so incredibly challenging as a first time mom. Suzanne was amazing at determining what issues we were having AND helping us get to the root causes of our issues. I appreciate that she always explains things simply when doing an exam on our baby. Dr. Chelsea is also incredible! Our baby loves getting adjusted and is always so happy after. We’ve learned a lot from Dr. Chelsea and now our baby loves to do his stretches throughout the day.

My experience with Kristen here at BCB has been amazing! I felt alone in this process at the beginning but Kristen has made my journey much better; an expert and friend. My experience has eliminated any stress I had about breastfeeding/pumping and my journey back to work after my short leave. Wow, I just met with Suzanne Juels today, and I cannot even begin to express how wonderfully educated this woman is. She is truly a blessing and very knowledgeable. She has answered and given so much advice and tips on our journey with our baby and family! She has given me a wealth of information that even after 10yrs of seeing doctors couldn’t answer. Bayou city (Mary and Amy) have been such a blessing to me while breastfeeding my third. This time around I was met with clogs and mastitis multiple times. Be able to meet with Mary and have her help and support was a huge help to my mental well being. Being able to send a message when I had a concern and knowing a response would be received in a timely manner helped ease my mind. From checking my pump settings, helping me reduce clogs and ultimately supporting me in making my plan to wean, they have provided me with the support I’ve needed every step of the way! If not for BCB, I would have had a very different breastfeeding outcome. Breastfeeding was painful, verging on unbearable, before discovering and reversing my daughter’s oral ties. Because of the ongoing care and attention from Suzanne and other providers at BCB, our breastfeeding journey is still going strong at 14 months. I know we would not be in the same place today if BCB had not taken my goals to heart and made such a Herculean effort to see us be successful. Forever grateful for Suzanne and her team!

This place is a dream!! My lactation consultant is Erica!! she’s simply a doll very knowledgeable and patient with me. On the first visit we established goals and how to meet them let alone making sure baby has a great latch!! Between visits I’m able to reach out to Erica for more support via app and that has also became sooooo helpful!! I highly recommend this place let alone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERICA if anyone need a lactation consultant.
