It took about a week to get an in person visit, but we were able to get a triage video call appointment within 12 hours of my first contact to address immediate concerns. Kathy at the Houston location was thorough, informative, and very helpful. She was respectful of the goals for our family, and made sure to check in and re-assess those goals at our follow up appointments. Would definitely recommend Kathy and Bayou City to anyone looking for support in feeding their baby!

So thankful to Bayou City for helping us through our oral tie release journey! Katelyn and Dr. Jade are so knowledgeable and great emotional supporters.

Jennifer Robert at Bayou City Breastfeeding has been amazing! I truly do not believe I would have had such a successful/enjoyable breastfeeding experience without her. With my first child, my breastfeeding journey was terrible due to edema, low milk supply, and not so good advice from the hospital and lactation consultant. For my second child, I promised myself to be more prepared and that is how I found this practice. I was able to breastfeed my second baby and have some spare milk on the freezer. My only regret is not reaching out to Suzanne the first time around. I keep thinking how things would have been different if she had been my lactation consultant with my first child. The team here is amazing. Please reach out, even if you think it is already too late, they truly keep up and set personalized goals.

I exclusively pump with my first baby and when Leo was born I decided I was going to reach out for help to make it work this time. Nicole has been amazing help during my breastfeeding journey this time around. She has been patient, and she has share her knowledge with me which has allow me to be confident. She has help me with latch and positioning and even discover a lip tie which we decided to not release but instead do body work. Nicole has been supportive in our decision and has provided me with tips and tricks to help my baby improve his latch. We have been EBF for 10 weeks now and all because of Nicole and BCB! I am so grateful I found Bayou City Breastfeeding 🤱!

Kathy Lenert was absolutely wonderful! It was obvious that she has a ton of knowledge and experience. She was kind and really made me feel like she cared about me and baby. Would recommend her to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience with Amanda today! I felt heard and understood and never any pressure to do something I wasn't comfortable with. The assessment was very thorough and the appointment ended with me feeling more in control. Definitely recommended!

Bayou City Breastfeeding is a must! I booked a session right after having my baby when I discovered we were having issues with latching/feeding. I knew my baby wasn’t getting enough to eat early on and freaked out. I worked with Jennifer and she is great, I highly recommend her! She listens to your feeding goals and provided me with so many helpful tips! Tip for new moms, book one consultation before you deliver your baby so you can have a good feeding plan ahead of time then do follow-up appointments after baby is here.
