My experience with Kristen here at BCB has been amazing! I felt alone in this process at the beginning but Kristen has made my journey much better; an expert and friend. My experience has eliminated any stress I had about breastfeeding/pumping and my journey back to work after my short leave. The education level I have gained from my appointments has made me a successful and happy breastfeeding mom. I cannot say enough good things about BCB! I would highly recommended them for your prenatal and postnatal needs.

Went for my first appointment here as a prenatal to get prepared. I now know how to use all the devices I got for self care and breast feeding. I feel more confident I will be better prepared. They even show you how to hold your baby and to get then to latch! I wanted more then what the newborn class I had to take had and I got it. It's also in a brand new building!

Katelyn did our at home consultation and she was amazing. She reassured us on what we’re doing right and helped me relieve doubts I had with breastfeeding. She answered all our questions. She sends a care plan after the visit with everything we talked about with more resources. She’s very responsive through the app and text. If you’re wondering if you should book a consultation, you will not regret it. This is a great resource to have as a new mom.

I’m so grateful for this team! As a new mama struggling to figure out not only breastfeeding but also how to take care of a baby, they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me the confidence I needed. I recommend that all of my new mama friends make an appointment with them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kathy Lenert. She has gone above and beyond for me and my baby . Her support has been genuine, patient, and deeply compassionate during one of the hardest phases of new motherhood. She always makes me feel heard, understood, and cared for — not just as a feeding parent, but as a whole person. After my son’s tongue tie release she went above and beyond to call me to check in and was very supportive.
Her guidance has made such a difference in our breastfeeding journey, and I’m truly grateful for her dedication. She is a rare gem and I recommend her wholeheartedly to any new mom.

After a very difficult and emotionally draining breastfeeding experience with my first child, I was nervous and uncertain about trying again with my second. From the very first consultation, she immediately put me at ease with her warmth and genuine empathy. She helped put me at ease and has become an invaluable resource for me. Her knowledge of breastfeeding techniques and lactation challenges that can occur is remarkable. She took the time to thoroughly assess my baby’s latch and my milk supply explaining every step in a way that made me feel empowered and not at all overwhelmed. What sets her apart is her passion! She is truly invested in the success of every family she works with. She celebrates the small wins, provides encouragement along the way and most importantly she gives practical, evidence-based guidance that actually works. Thanks to Brittaneys support, I have made it to one month of exclusively breastfeeding my second child…….successfully and confidently! This is a milestone I never thought possible after my first experience. Beyond her expertise, her compassion makes her not just a lactation nurse, but a trusted partner in this roller coaster journey of motherhood. So grateful for Bayou city BF and especially Tiphany! My BF experience was incredibly positive, thanks in large part to the support and guidance she provided! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and encouraged me every step of the way, which has led to me BF for almost a year so far. Will take all my babies to her!

We needed help with increasing my daughters weight just a bit and Karen was able to help us reach our goals. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend especially for first time moms.
