As a first time parents my partner and I were struggling with breastfeeding. Bayou city was recommended by our midwife and they have done an amazing job helping us adjust. They answer all questions and provide excellent education on how to properly breastfeed, how to utilize the pump effectively, and how much to feed etc. They help you come up with a feeding plan every time we have met. I would definitely recommend them.

What an amazing experience! Kristen was my consultant and provided the knowledge and support for me as a first time mom who struggled with latching. She helped me build a plan to exclusively pump and eventually my sweet baby girl learned to nurse as well. We also worked with Dr. Lyndsey having some body work done to help my baby with discomfort she was having. Over all I was so happy I chose Bayou City breastfeeding and will recommend to any family or friends looking to start a family and wanting to breastfeed.

I saw basically everyone in the magnolia office because of my scheduling and they’re all incredibly helpful.

I’m a first time mom and my baby had to have a mouth procedure. These ladies. Helped me navigate how to best help her and heal her mouth!

Additionally, I am an over supplier and get frequent clogged milk ducts, they were able to teach me how to work through this!

Bayou City Breastfeeding has saved my family twice. After two kids with significant weight loss and tongue ties, we wouldn’t be where we are if not for Suzanne and her team. Just last week after our newborn had lost a concerning amount of weight in just a couple days after birth, Suzanne worked us in for a visit to check on him and then helped to get us in for an urgent visit with the dentist for a tongue tie release. We are so lucky to be enveloped with so much support. Bayou City treats you like family and we wouldn’t have a happy, healthy newborn without them.

As first time parents my fiance and I met with specialist Kaitlyn and the experience was more than worth it. She really helped us with our questions and anxietys when it comes to breast feeding. We had been feeling really discouraged with the pressures of breastfeeding our son but during our session Kaitlyn really gave us alot of affirmation in what we were doing right, and assistance in what we could improve on. even giving us exercises that I as dad can help with to make feedings better for both my fiance and my son. Great value here especially for new parents!

Mary was an amazing IBCLC. She spent hours listening, working with us, and consulting different resources to get our 4.5lb emergency C-section baby from his feeding tube, through a tie release procedure to a happy little guy who nursed until he was almost 2. She stayed in touch with us periodically even after we stopped seeing her regularly. Just a few months ago after guiding me through some resources on breastfeeding during IVF for our next pregnancy I sent her the following: Just wanted to report in and thank you for the incredible work you did to save Gavin's breastfeeding journey. Claire at Bayou City Breastfeeding Lactation was amazing!!! She started with a thorough exam to determine if there were any concern with my son's mouth. She then answered all of our questions and provided great advice on how we can improve our feeding routines. She also gave us a way to communicate if any issues were to come up, and when they did she provided us with great information and articles to help me move past the issue.
