Kathy is absolutely wonderful. Very patient and very informative. My daughter has made so much improvement since coming to Bayou City Breastfeeding.

With my first child, my breastfeeding journey was terrible due to edema, low milk supply, and not so good advice from the hospital and lactation consultant. For my second child, I promised myself to be more prepared and that is how I found this practice. I was able to breastfeed my second baby and have some spare milk on the freezer. My only regret is not reaching out to Suzanne the first time around. I keep thinking how things would have been different if she had been my lactation consultant with my first child. The team here is amazing. Please reach out, even if you think it is already too late, they truly keep up and set personalized goals.

Suzanne is wonderful. I had a lot of trauma related to becoming a mother, a lot of trauma from having to be induced and my son having to spend time in nicu, and a lot of fear of failure as a mom. she empowered me to make decisions, to build a healthy nursing relationship with my son, and continue breastfeeding beyond my minimum goal of a year. I don't think I could have done it without her-no judgment-meet you where you are- attitude and encouragement. My son overcame his tongue tie and gain issues and is a strong, healthy, taller than average, 2 year old.

Even with the online classes I was struggling to breastfeed. I’m so glad I contacted Bayou City breastfeeding. Katelyn was fantastic she sat down with us and looked at all the obstacles we’ve been battling and we came up with a plan that hopefully works for us.

Brandy is absolutely amazing. My first breastfeeding experience did not go as planned. This experience has been much better, and much less stressful!

Bayou City Breastfeeding, Mary in particular, have been incredible. I called during a time of desperation, with a week old baby and no clue how hard breastfeeding was going to be. Suzanne answered my call on a Friday, listened to me and gave me tips on the phone and set me up with an appointment with Mary the next day. Since then, our breastfeeding journey has made a 180. Mary not only is incredibly compassionate and kind, she is extremely knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable, informed and empowered. She has become such an integral part of our breastfeeding journey, and I credit so much our success (and sanity) to her. She started as a lactation consultant, but now is a dear friend. They say it takes a village, and I am so glad that Bayou City Breastfeeding is part of ours.

I am so grateful for Nicole and all of her guidance, validation and direction! She is such an asset to the LC community with her knowledge & expertise! Breastfeeding is such an emotional journey and I’m glad to have found Bayou City Breastfeeding to have put me on the right track! Having 1-on-1 guidance outside of the hospital was extremely important to me for numerous reasons. The appointments are 100% worth the time, energy, and effort to get any momma dedicated to her feeding journey!

Highly recommend this class for first time moms!! Jen was amazing and I feel so much more confident about my birth plan! It’s so comforting being educated on the subject to be able to make those hard decisions that arise during child birth!!

I saw basically everyone in the magnolia office because of my scheduling and they’re all incredibly helpful.

I’m a first time mom and my baby had to have a mouth procedure. These ladies. Helped me navigate how to best help her and heal her mouth!

Additionally, I am an over supplier and get frequent clogged milk ducts, they were able to teach me how to work through this!
