So extremely happy with the care, bedside manners, and patience with Karen Swan! I was hesitant when I first went because breastfeeding is an entire journey on its own. But after my 1st visit, I was so extremely happy and relieved I had someone who listened and helped me with this journey! I went in feeling 100% defeated (and exhausted) and walked out feeling confident and empowered. Only thing I would have done differently was not waited so long to make and appointment! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! LOVE Karen! The facility is clean and very comforting.
What an amazing experience. Learned so much, patient and caring staff

I feel like they all care about my BF journey but I will say that I had a negative experience. Video was not sent to ENT post release and LC said “it looks beautiful” but it has already reattached.
I had my first appointment with Brittany today, and She was so sweet and loving with me and my daughter she took her time to listen to me and care for my baby. She gave me some amazing tips and tricks and made me feel so comfortable to express all my questions. I will definitely be recommending Bayou to all of my friends.
Kathy has been such a great resource for us a first time parents and learning the ins and outs of breastfeeding. She handles our sweet baby girl with such care, and we look forward to our appointments with her.
