I’m so grateful to have the support I didn’t even know exists for my baby. Thanks to Tessa and Suzanne (in Kingwood location) I feel I am helping my baby be healthier and happier. From their welcoming spirit to inducing lactation support to assessing my baby’s oral function/development and more to great referrals and support, this momma has felt empowered. God bless this team!
Melissa is a godsend!! 💗 She is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful. I felt so much more confident with our newborn after meeting with her. Can’t wait for our next follow up.
Can't recommend Bayou City Breastfeeding enough. Video triage visits are available if in-person visit availability is lagging. In-person visits are not rushed (90 min) with pre- and post-feeding weights of baby to ensure transfer. I learned an immense amount from my LC that completely changed my approach to breastfeeding, helped my baby increase milk transfer with less painful latch, assisted us with changing bottle nipples to address issues we were having, and eased my anxiety. Easy to communicate with staff via text message. Billing department is also very responsive and ensures complete understanding of expected insurance coverage (my visits to date have been 100% covered by UHC).
If not for BCB, I would have had a very different breastfeeding outcome. Breastfeeding was painful, verging on unbearable, before discovering and reversing my daughter’s oral ties. Because of the ongoing care and attention from Suzanne and other providers at BCB, our breastfeeding journey is still going strong at 14 months. I know we would not be in the same place today if BCB had not taken my goals to heart and made such a Herculean effort to see us be successful. Forever grateful for Suzanne and her team!
Such a great experience. Kyna is helping me with my first baby who has severe reflux. She is so patient and informative. I absolutely recommend Bayou City Breastfeeding.
