Suzanne has been immensely helpful for both of my children. I would not have been able to breastfeed my firstborn without her depth of knowledge, patience, and connections to other providers in the greater Houston area and knowledge as to which providers would be most skilled in working with the specific needs we had. She was even able to help us identify some non-breastfeeding medical issues that we were able to address early in my son’s life because of her wide base of knowledge and attentiveness. Beyond breastfeeding, she was also able to help us create a plan for introducing solids that was tailored to helping us avoid the abundant food allergies that are prevalent in our family. I am confident that our children’s health will be better long-term on multiple fronts as a result of the guidance we received from Suzanne.

I have used Jessica from Bayou City Breastfeeding now for both of my children. She was instrumental in making sure that we were successful in breastfeeding, allowing me to get off to a good start with my second and to nurse for close to two years with my first. She is responsive and went above and beyond to be available for appointments and questions. I would recommend Bayou City Breastfeeding to anyone looking for lactation support!

Katelyn has been working with me and my daughter for the last several months as we navigate newborn / infant feeding related issues. If you’re on the fence if you can breastfeed, I would absolutely make an appointment here first. It may seem overwhelming but having someone guide you and give you advice along the way will be so helpful.

Katelyn helped me through SO much! I learned how to nurse my baby and pump better and more efficiently. I gained so much confidence in my abilities to feed by baby thanks to her guidance. Especially during the early postpartum days.

My daughter also has reflux and Katelyn helped me work on things to improve this and help keep my baby comfortable as well.

I’m now off of maternity leave and had to begin traveling for work..Katelyn helped me with so many things to prepare for being away from my baby so I could have a supply at home. She also helped me work out options to pump on the go conveniently and with ease. It was a breeze when I traveled for work thanks to her help!

I owe so much of my successful breastfeeding journey to Katelyn. I am so grateful that my baby is 6mths old and we are still breastfeeding, even as a working mom!

Katelyn Kleiber is great!! We had a home visit with her for a preventative consultation. She was great in providing feedback and making us feel comfortable. She was so gentle with my three-week-old and greatly improved my confidence with breastfeeding by offering corrections and education :) Would recommend Katelyn Kleiber again and again!

My IBCLC helped me and my baby persevere with breastfeeding as we waited for his frenectomy. She’s worked with us through all the difficulties and encouraged me when I’ve wanted to give up. I would not have continued breastfeeding if it weren’t for the support and care my baby and I received from Bayou City Breastfeeding.

Cannot recommend them enough! Such a welcoming and supportive space. No problem is too big or too small. They are there for you all the way from pregnancy through weaning. Love this place!
