Second kiddo and a whole new set of obstacles on our journey, Bayou City Breastfeeding has been there with us every step of the way. They have helped us with SNS feeding, pumping, formula feeding, low supply, tongue and lip ties, body work, pediatric chiropractic referrals, everything under the sun that has been thrown at us. We never would have been able to come as far as we have without the support we've received from this team.

Love this place! Katelyn has been so helpful with my breastfeeding journey. Truly grateful to have a place dedicated to help women feel comfortable and knowledgeable during postpartum. I would have never known my baby had a lip tie and tongue tie if it wasn’t for Katelyn. I wasn’t getting any sleep and once we clipped our baby’s tongue we had a huge improvement right away and I was able to sleep more than 1.5 hours.

Dana at Bayou City Breastfeeding is the best! My baby girl and I were nursing well until she was around 7 weeks old and things seemed to unravel. I’ve had several appointments with Dana now and each time she is a calming and encouraging voice. Each time I’m learning how I can help make things easier for my child’s nursing journey. I have recommended Dana to other friends of mine who may need a lactation consultant in the future. Dana absolutely saved me in a very difficult time and she’s the reason I didn’t give up on nursing when things were hard! Kathy exceeded my expectations as a first time mom visiting a lactation consultant. I felt comfortable, supported, and not rushed at all. She was extremely thorough and thoughtful in her evaluations and observations of me and my baby. I left my appointment feeling confident and well informed.

Went from my baby boy NOT being able to latch (exclusively pumping), to using a nipple shield, to direct breastfeeding and the whole process was under the guidance of Tessa. I cannot recommend bayou city breastfeeding enough! It’s been an amazing experience. All my visits were relaxing and impactful. All my questions were answered- Tessa and the other ibclc’s are too knowledgeable for their own good 🤣. Any mama looking for assistance in their breastfeeding journey should look no further!!
