Home Visits and Other Locations

Our scheduling team will reach out to help you book. If you submitted before 3 PM Monday–Friday, you'll hear from us the same day. Online booking is launching at additional locations soon.

Your Insurance

If we collected your insurance information, you'll receive a benefits email with your coverage details and any out-of-pocket costs. If not, you'll enter your insurance in our patient portal after booking and we'll email your summary once verified.

One quick note: When you set up your patient portal account, you'll be asked to enter some of this information again. It's a one-time step to get your chart ready for your visit.

Need to be seen sooner?

If you're in pain, dealing with a latching crisis, or have a newborn feeding concern, call or text us directly. We offer virtual triage visits that can often be scheduled within 24–72 hours. Triage visits will soon be available to book online as well. If you'd rather not wait for insurance verification, self-pay visits are available immediately.
