Online booking is not yet available at your office, so our team will contact you to confirm your visit time, location, and IBCLC. If you submitted before 3 PM Monday through Friday, you will hear from us the same day; after 3 PM or on weekends, the next business day.
No further action is needed to hold your place in line. Earlier openings sometimes free up through cancellations and are booked by our scheduling team.

Home visits have limited availability and are not bookable online at any location. Our scheduling team will follow up to arrange travel, fees, and clinician availability.

Your insurance
If we collected your insurance information, you will receive a benefits email with your coverage details and any out-of-pocket costs. If not, you will enter your insurance through our patient portal after booking and we will email your summary once verified.
One quick note. When you set up your patient portal account, you will be asked to enter some of this information again. It is a one-time step to get your chart ready for your visit.
