Billing Policy

We will submit a claim to Sana for your lactation services. We will attempt to pre-verify your benefits, but we do not guarantee coverage or benefits.

You are responsible for knowing and confirming your own lactation benefits, that the provider you choose to see is an authorized provider, and if there are any restrictions/ limitations to your benefits.

If your policy applies a copay, coinsurance, or deductible, you will be responsible for paying these charges. The copay will be billed within 24 hours of service. We are legally obligated to bill you for these charges.
