My husband and I had the best experience with Suzanne! she put alot of my worries at ease. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. she Made us feel extremely comfortable and had great advice for us and our baby boy to try. HIGHLY recommend, so thankful we found BCB!!!

Suzanne was absolutely amazing. She spent 3 hours with us, asking questions and observing our sons behaviors and techniques. She explained every observation and recommendations in detail. She was patient, insightful and so knowledgeable around lactation. I wish we knew of Suzanne and her practice with our first child and earlier with our second. Surely if we have more kids, they will be going to see Suzanne from the start!

Karen was super helpful in giving me tips on how to become better at breastfeeding and bottle feeding my newborn. Our appointment was very thorough, I didn’t feel rushed and I had more than enough opportunity to ask all the questions I needed in order to feel comfortable conquering breastfeeding as a first time mom! I would highly recommend!

Ariel is amazing! She immediately recognized our daughter was tongue tied and helped us through the procedure and post-op. She is so kind, always listened, and thoughtfully answered our questions. Our breastfeeding journey would have ended much earlier than I wanted (clogged ducts, blebs, etc) if we hadn’t had her as such a wonderful resource. I feel much more confident about and comfortable with nursing and our path forward. I couldn’t have done it without Ariel! I cannot recommend her enough.

Tessa came for a home visit and was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to assess the amount of milk taken during the nursing session, provide some guidance and help on latching and give some personal feedbacks on milk supply and pump settings. I really enjoyed the first session and I am already planning to do another one to see the progress.

I am a first time mom, so as you can imagine I had a ton of questions related to breastfeeding once I left the hospital. I felt like my little one’s latch was weak and that I wasn’t producing enough milk because of it. That same day I called BCB and spoke to Suzanne over the phone. She was amazing at getting my husband and I set up for in home visits. Not only that, but she scheduled a video call that day so she could assist me in the meantime. We were able to establish a strong latch so that my baby could get nutrition before our in home visit. Fast forward a few days and Tiphany came over. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us some exercises to do with our baby and showed me several techniques to secure a good latch. I feel so much better knowing that my baby is getting what she needs thanks to BCB! Y’all rock!

I am SO thankful to have found Bayou City Breastfeeding!Dr. Chelsea (bodywork) is absolutely incredible and so gentle with the babies! My daughter LOVES getting adjusted by her and seems very relaxed after each adjustment (even if she came in with a fussy mood). Dr. Chelsea has been able to provide several helpful exercises to do throughout the week as well as suggestions for how to make tummy time more engaging. We are extremely grateful for Dr. Chelsea and the support she has given us! We could not recommend her bodywork services enough!Kathy (lactation) has been an enormous blessing to us and our breastfeeding journey. She has a wealth of knowledge from her many years of experience in various capacities. She provides so many new ideas and resources to support our breastfeeding goals. It is obvious Kathy loves what she does and loves helping families thrive!

Jessica DeAses has been my IBCLC and she’s absolutely AMAZING! Definitely a blessing to me and my family. She’s so sweet, understanding, never makes you feel rushed, and completely relatable. I don’t feel like she’s just a consultant but a friend because she’s so easy to talk to. The office is adorable as well, so cozy! I will definitely be meeting with her for any needs I may have!

This is our second baby with Bayou City Breastfeeding. Our first had many complicated issues so this time I wanted to be prepared. Suzanne helped me get everything in line when I was still pregnant so we would be prepared. Although we are facing some of the same issues (ties), this time has been much easier to deal with because we started with such a knowledgeable IBCLC. Her scope of knowledge is unmatched. I’m fighting an infection in my incision and she knew whether or not the meds prescribed were safe for breastfeeding. I also lost a lot of blood during delivery which caused low iron which could have caused low milk supply so she recommended some supplements right away.In general, her knowledge is unmatched. The way she cares for moms is unbelievable. I only wish I would have known her for all of our kids.
