Love this place! Katelyn has been so helpful with my breastfeeding journey. Truly grateful to have a place dedicated to help women feel comfortable and knowledgeable during postpartum. I would have never known my baby had a lip tie and tongue tie if it wasn’t for Katelyn. I wasn’t getting any sleep and once we clipped our baby’s tongue we had a huge improvement right away and I was able to sleep more than 1.5 hours.

What an amazing experience! Kristen was my consultant and provided the knowledge and support for me as a first time mom who struggled with latching. She helped me build a plan to exclusively pump and eventually my sweet baby girl learned to nurse as well. We also worked with Dr. Lyndsey having some body work done to help my baby with discomfort she was having. Over all I was so happy I chose Bayou City breastfeeding and will recommend to any family or friends looking to start a family and wanting to breastfeed.

I am so thankful for Donique. When we came to her, we were diagnosed with failure to thrive and so frustrated. We almost gave up our breastfeeding journey. Donique helped us find and treat a tongue and lip tie and nurse through all the obstacles. She gave me so much hope and reassurance. I am incredibly happy we had her to help is.

I am almost 5 months PP, and I would not still be breastfeeding if not for Bayou City Breastfeeding and my lactation consultant, Tiphany. I highly recommend this practice. Breastfeeding may be natural, but it does not come easy. Tiphany helped me ensure my baby got a good latch from the very beginning which helped ease the pain that necessarily comes with learning to breastfeed. Even after we had a good latch established, she has helped with other issues that have arisen, which has helped me continue breastfeeding when I may otherwise have stopped. She has also been a really helpful source for selecting bottles, pacifiers, and toys for good oral motor development that do not interfere with my baby’s breastfeeding skills. I feel confident that I can breastfeed beyond my original goal of 6 months because of the skills I’ve learned. Highly highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants to breastfeed.

I cannot recommend Suzanne enough for her exceptional expertise and compassionate care. Suzanne has been instrumental in the care of my son who has oral ties and struggling to feed and gain weight. Her dedication to her profession and genuine concern for her patients is seen and felt during sessions. Suzanne impressed me with her comprehensive understanding of breastfeeding challenges related to oral ties. What I appreciate most about Suzanne and her team is their personalized care. They didn't just address the immediate issue; they took the time to understand our unique goals, concerns, and mental health through this journey. Their supportive attitude created a warm and welcoming environment, making me feel genuinely cared for during a challenging time.

Without the guidance of Suzanne and her expertise, I dont think breastfeeding would have lasted long for us at all. She always knows exactly what is needed to get us headed on the best track for success. All the other lactation consultants we have seen here have been pretty great also as well as the chiropractor Dr. Chelsea! I highly recommend taking advantage of their services if you are expecting or have a little one!

Tiphany and the team at Bayou City Breastfeeding are amazing! Tiphany’s talent for educating her clients in an encouraging manner is unmatched! She helped us from the first weeks through a few months journey of releasing our daughter’s lip, tongue and cheek ties. She recommended us to several ENTS, as well as a chiropractor to help with bodywork through the process. Our baby can now eat and is overall healthy and happy. She is thriving thanks to Tiphany and the team! I highly encourage any new parents to reach out for a very convenient in-home consultation as soon as you have your bundle of joy earth side!
