What an amazing experience. Learned so much, patient and caring staff

Brandy Lightfoot!! A woman who honestly cannot be described in a simple Google Review. A 100/5 star human being. Going into the hospital I planned on having a natural birth and breastfeeding (I took the classes & everything) and I left with a precious baby, a Caesarean birth, and my baby on formula (due post opt infection that led to swelling and unable to latch). Brandy came over on our FIRST visit and took a hopeless situation and turned it into magic! We latched and have been breastfeeding ever since that very first time (now 6+ months). Brandy gave me the tools to work with my specific challenges and my babies and helped us create a bond that every woman dreams about having with her baby. Brandy helped me get my supply up, manage my supply, helped me when I traveled (pumping schedule), taught me about bottles, feeding, pumping, etc., and has been the most helpful resource on my motherhood journey. Brandy is a true earth angel and has the kindest heart. She not only helped me breastfeed but she also helped me as a mother and a woman regain my confidence and strength. I owe so much of my journey to this woman! If you are on the fence do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation with Brandy, you and your baby will thank me, I promise. Good luck on your journey!

Kathelyn is amazing. She is explained pretty well and helped me to understand the lactation process in a smooth way.

Tessa is an AMAZING consultant. I literally ask her about everything! I rely on her more than I rely on my son's doctor. When I ask the pediatrician a question, I usually get "He's fine", but with Tessa I get explanations and details that help me better understand certain things. Dr. Emily is heaven sent as she helped to loosen my baby. The exercises have been working very well with him and he so flexible now and sleeps so much better. Her patience with babies is wonderful!!

My breastfeeding journey would have been over a hundred times by now if it weren’t for Suzanne and Bayou city breastfeeding. The combination of science backed facts and emotional encouragement has given me the ability to make many educated decisions for me and my baby girl. I am so so so grateful this service exists and hope it’ll be more accessible in every branch of pre and post natal healthcare soon.

Suzanne is amazing. I always thought breastfeeding would be so natural and easy but that just wasn’t the case for me. I struggled with my first two kiddos and decided to reach out with my third baby and am so happy I did. Suzanne provided us so much helpful information and even after our appointment she was available to us to answer some questions and I greatly appreciate that. We have our second appointment with her this week. So happy I found Bayou City Breastfeeding!

Katelyn has been working with me and my daughter for the last several months as we navigate newborn / infant feeding related issues. She made me feel completely comfortable in the sessions, putting me at ease. If you’re on the fence if you can breastfeed, I would absolutely make an appointment here first. It may seem overwhelming but having someone guide you and give you advice along the way will be so helpful.

Katelyn helped me through SO much! I learned how to nurse my baby and pump better and more efficiently. I gained so much confidence in my abilities to feed by baby thanks to her guidance. Especially during the early postpartum days.

My daughter also has reflux and Katelyn helped me work on things to improve this and help keep my baby comfortable as well.

I’m now off of maternity leave and had to begin traveling for work..Katelyn helped me with so many things to prepare for being away from my baby so I could have a supply at home. She also helped me work out options to pump on the go conveniently and with ease. It was a breeze when I traveled for work thanks to her help!

I owe so much of my successful breastfeeding journey to Katelyn. I am so grateful that my baby is 6mths old and we are still breastfeeding, even as a working mom!

Katelyn is so sweet! This was my second time working with her. She identified our issues quickly and got us on the right track with some easy home excercises. Ultimately we made the choice to revise a tongue tie but we couldn't have done it without her support.
