Evidence-based preparation for birth, breastfeeding, and pumping.

Each class is small-group, interactive, and taught by IBCLCs or nurses with specialized clinical experience. These classes cover what most families don't receive until after problems arise.

The Breastfeeding Blueprint

How breastfeeding is established, what normal newborn feeding looks like, and how to recognize when professional support is needed. Taught by an IBCLC.

Compare pump types, understand key features, and learn how to choose the right pump for your body and feeding goals. Taught by an IBCLC before your baby arrives.

Push It Real Good

Saturdays · 9:00 AM–4:00 PM · $250 per couple

Full-day childbirth preparation covering labor stages, comfort measures, birth planning, interventions, cesarean prep, and newborn basics. Maximum 3 couples per session.
