I cannot recommend Melissa enough! I came to her completely stressed out — I was exclusively breastfeeding and heading back to work soon, but my baby was still flat-out refusing every bottle we tried. We had already tried everything we could think of, every tip on the internet, every bottle on the shelf… nothing worked. But Melissa worked absolute magic. She came in with such calm confidence and assessed what was going on. Within such a short time, she got my baby to actually take a bottle — something that felt impossible before she arrived. If you’re dealing with bottle refusal, Melissa is the person you want in your corner. Truly a lifesaver!
I've never been to a lactation consult before so I didn't know what to expect. I had a great experience with Melissa! She was really friendly and informative. Very easy to get along with. Breastfeeding and pumping when at work has been difficult but after meeting with Melissa, I feel better about my journey. Looking forward to our follow up appointment.
Bayou city breastfeeding has been a game changer for me. I attended their childbirth class, had a prenatal lactation appointment, had appointments almost weekly after I had my son, and later had assistance with transitioning to pumping at work. Jen Robert’s is supportive, encouraging, and so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have been able to navigate this journey without Bayou City Breastfeeding.
Jen is awesome! Very knowledgeable. Helped me troubleshoot painful latch with my baby. Gave great tips about positional modifications that worked magic!
They are wonderful. I would definitely recommend to help with breastfeeding questions and support.
