I’ve delivered my first baby 3 weeks earlier and she stayed in NICU for few days which makes it difficult to breastfeed her. Later I kept struggling to make her latch and when she did latch I’ve never been able to keep her latched. Also, I was having difficulties with positioning. I seek Bayou City Breastfeeding for help and the amazing LC Kyna got assigned to me. Kyna first taught me how to set and hold the baby for the breastfeeding, and she taught me some mouth and cheeks exercises to train the baby how to latch. In few seconds my baby was able to latch and she refused to let it go 😊 …. Kyna showed me how to use the breast bump correctly and how to choose the right size that will be comfortable and not painful. She also shared some useful resources that will help with the journey of breast feeding. I was very happy after our first session with Kyna. We met again for several follow up sessions and each time she taught me something new. My baby now is 3 months and she cried for the breastfeeding than the bottle feeding. Each time I breastfeed her I wish i can call Kyna to say thank you. Words are not enough Kyna ❤️
Without the guidance of Suzanne and her expertise, I dont think breastfeeding would have lasted long for us at all. She always knows exactly what is needed to get us headed on the best track for success. All the other lactation consultants we have seen here have been pretty great also as well as the chiropractor Dr. Chelsea! I highly recommend taking advantage of their services if you are expecting or have a little one!
So thankful for Suzanne! I wish every mom would have access to someone like her. She has help make a huge difference in my breastfeeding journey and I don’t fear any obstacles or changes that may arise as my little one grows because I know I have Suzanne to guide me. Suzanne is passionate about what she does and she not only cares about your breastfeeding success but she cares about you and your well-being as a postpartum mom.
Jennifer was great. I highly recommend her to anyone. I love how she explained what was going on with my son’s latching and what should be happening when he latches correctly. The education and information she gives is great. Also the follow ups post tie release was reassuring. Baby boy is doing great and I’m not in pain anymore. Thank you Jennifer !
Don’t know what I did without them for my first child but so thankful to have found them for my second. Melissa is amazing. Patient, understanding, caring…great with the babies and with mama. Truly a partner with you through various stages of your journey. Couldn’t recommend them more!
