Insurance & Payment Information
Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), most health insurance plans are required to provide coverage for comprehensive lactation support and counseling. We are pleased to offer both in-network and out-of-network options to ensure you receive the care you need.
In-Network Plans
We are currently in-network or can accept many plans from the following providers:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas
- Cigna (In partnership with Wildflower Health)
- Curative
- SANA Benefits
- Tricare East
- United Healthcare
Out-of-Network & Self-Pay Options
If your insurance plan is not listed above, we require payment at the time of your visit. To assist you with reimbursement, we offer two options:
- Superbill: We provide a detailed medical receipt (superbill) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
- Courtesy Claim: We may be able to file a courtesy claim on your behalf. If your insurance plan pays for the services provided, we will reimburse for the payment amount from the insurance.
