Ms. Britney is the best. She’s patient, kind, and very efficient. My son is eating and sleeping so much better since my visits with her. She helped us after a tongue tie revision. Highly recommend her!

This review has been a year in the making. I had a horrible love-hate relationship breast feeding with my first baby. After I had my second, I was very anxious and stressed out about how it was going to go this time. I had seen the consultants at the hospital and they were less than helpful. My dr suggested I go to Bayou City. There, I met Claire. My goodness! CLAIRE!! She is an angel! She walked me through and made me comfortable enough to face my fears. Education matters so much in this field of work and she's got it. Empathy is at a 100. She made me feel seen and didn't discount my pain. She provided easy solutions to help me and checked in with me mentally. She's doing exactly what she is meant to do - walking women through a very tough season of breastfeeding with grace. THIS is her calling. I was able to meet my goal of doing this for 7 months because of her. I was ready to throw in the flanges (towel) but decided to give it one last go by visiting Bayou City. May our good LORD bless her.

Highly recommend. Did a virtual session on day 4 post partum (did first avaliable appointment), engorged, losing my mind, not able to nurse my baby. Lactation consultants at the hospital were not helpful. Suzanne came thru big time. Made 3 followup sessions in person with Melissa. They were super helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could go back in time, I would have done a prenatal appointment, to get all my supplies lined up ahead of time. Latching is a technique, tips and tricks make the world of difference. Also having a plan B, just in case you have insufficient glandular tissue is a good idea. Suggestions- look up different flange sizes compatible with your pump. Nipple changes size during Lactation. I ordered a variety pack, which was helpful. Melissa recommended a bottle and nipple combo that I had never heard of, but turned out to be essential. I cannot recommend enough. A+++ service.

Kristin was amazing! Our first visit was super informative, I loved how she took the time to hear my needs, she provided me with the education on a plan for pumping and breastfeeding. I highly recommend for anyone who’s on the fence or unsure if they should see a lactation consultant. It is worth it!
