Step 3: Submit your information and we do the rest. We will contact you to get you scheduled!
Checking your Insurance Coverage
- For Aetna, KelseyCare, TRICARE East and United Healthcare, you will book an "insurance verification" appointment. We “schedule” this as an appointment to get you setup in our Jane EHR system and keep you from having to enter information multiple times. This does NOT book a lactation consultation. No credit card is required and there is no fee to check benefits.
- For Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, Humana and Multiplan, we often use a third party partner (the Lactation Network) for billing, so you will fill out our Insurance/Appointment Request Form on the website.
- If you have any other insurance, we are not in network and you will be a self-pay client. Please fill out our Appointment Request form on the website.
